The Leadership of Energy and Environmental Design
is an international certification system for financially, environmentally and socially sustainable buildings
and urban spaces. Obtaining LEED BD+C v4 (Building Design and Construction, version 4) Core&Shell Platinum certification is one of the project’s basic objectives.
Well Gold
I Portali buildings are among the first WELL Building Standard® registered Italian commercial offices
to achieve the GOLD level and set new technical innovation standards for its occupants’ health and well- being.
NZEB
With its high energy performance and maximum reductions in CO2 emissions, made possible by the extensive photovoltaic system and the integration of high- performance façades, with automatic solar shading, I Portali buildings comply with the international Nearly Zero Energy Consumption Building (NZEB) standard.
Cradle to Cradle
As required by the design protocol that introduces circular economy criteria in material and process implementation, I Portali buildings use environmentally safe, healthy and cyclical materials, renewable energy and the responsible use of water.
